1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Calgebrity platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Platform Usage Rules

By using Calgebrity, you agree to:

Use the platform only for lawful, educational purposes.
Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.
Not scrape, copy, or redistribute platform content (including AI-generated articles, MCQs, and coding problems) without permission.
Not use automated bots or scripts to interact with the platform.
Respect other users in community spaces — no harassment, spam, or offensive content.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
You may not share your account or allow others to access it.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Calgebrity reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Challenge Participation Rules

When participating in MCQ or coding challenges on Calgebrity:

You must answer challenges honestly and independently — no automated solvers or external assistance beyond standard reference material.
Scores are recorded based on accuracy and completion time. Manipulating scores or exploiting bugs is strictly prohibited.
Leaderboard rankings are calculated fairly. Any detected score manipulation will result in disqualification and potential account suspension.
Calgebrity reserves the right to modify challenge rules, scoring criteria, and difficulty levels at any time.

5. Weekly Challenge Terms

Weekly challenges are a core feature of Calgebrity. By participating, you agree to the following:

Free Challenges: Open to all registered users at no cost. Prizes (if any) are at the sole discretion of Calgebrity.
Paid Challenges: Require an entry fee as displayed before participation. Entry fees are non-refundable once a challenge attempt is started.
Prize Distribution: Prizes for top performers (1st, 2nd, 3rd place) will be distributed as specified in the challenge details. Calgebrity reserves the right to modify prize amounts.
Eligibility: Users must have a verified account to participate. One entry per user per challenge week.
Disputes: All scoring and ranking decisions by Calgebrity are final. Disputes must be raised within 48 hours of challenge completion.
Cancellation: Calgebrity reserves the right to cancel or modify any weekly challenge at its discretion, with appropriate notification to participants.

6. Community Guidelines

When using Calgebrity's community features (posts, comments, reviews), you agree to:

Post only original content or properly attributed content.
Not post offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content.
Not spam, advertise, or promote external services without permission.
Report content that violates these guidelines using the built-in reporting tools.

Calgebrity reserves the right to remove content and restrict users who violate community guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Calgebrity, including AI-generated learning materials, quizzes, coding problems, and platform design, is owned by or licensed to Calgebrity. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Calgebrity is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Calgebrity (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
